Welcome to QuickplayFC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickplayFC website, facilities, programs, leagues, teams, training, rentals, events, memberships, registrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickplayFC LLC (“QuickplayFC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting a registration, purchasing a service, renting a field, participating in a program, entering our facility, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

1. ABOUT QUICKPLAYFC

QuickplayFC LLC is a soccer organization and sports facility operating in San Antonio, Texas.

Our Services may include:

• Youth academy programs

• Youth club teams

• Player development programs

• Adult leagues

• UPSL teams

• Soccer training

• Soccer field rentals

• Tournaments

• Camps and clinics

• Memberships

• Pickup soccer

• Events

• Facility access

• Other soccer-related programs and services

QuickplayFC reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By using any QuickplayFC Service, you represent that:

1. You have read these Terms;

2. You understand these Terms;

3. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;

4. You have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement where required;

5. Any information you provide to QuickplayFC is accurate and complete; and

6. If you are registering or acting on behalf of a minor, you are the minor's parent, legal guardian, or otherwise legally authorized representative.

If you are under the age required to independently enter into a contract under applicable law, your parent or legal guardian must agree to the applicable terms on your behalf.

3. PARENT AND GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for minors whom they register or enroll in QuickplayFC Services.

By registering a minor, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the child's parent or legal guardian, or have appropriate authority;

• The information provided about the participant is accurate;

• You have authority to authorize the child's participation;

• You have reviewed the applicable program requirements;

• You understand the inherent risks associated with athletic participation; and

• You agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor to the extent legally permitted.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that QuickplayFC has current emergency contact information and other information reasonably necessary for safe program administration.

4. REGISTRATION

Certain QuickplayFC Services require registration.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

QuickplayFC may refuse, suspend, or cancel a registration when reasonably necessary, including where:

• Information is inaccurate;

• Payment has not been received;

• A participant violates these Terms;

• A participant violates facility rules;

• A participant engages in inappropriate or dangerous conduct;

• A program reaches capacity;

• A participant is not eligible for the selected program;

• The program is cancelled or modified; or

• QuickplayFC determines that participation presents an unacceptable operational, safety, or administrative concern.

5. PROGRAM PLACEMENT AND PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

Participation in a QuickplayFC program does not guarantee:

• Team placement;

• Playing time;

• Starting position;

• Selection to a particular team;

• Promotion to another program;

• College recruitment;

• Professional recruitment;

• Scholarships;

• Contracts;

• Athletic success; or

• Any particular developmental outcome.

Player placement may be determined using factors including age, skill level, position, development, team needs, attendance, behavior, effort, tactical understanding, and other legitimate sporting considerations.

QuickplayFC reserves the right to evaluate, move, release, or reassign players when reasonably necessary.

6. TEAM SELECTION

Selection for a QuickplayFC team or program is not guaranteed.

Coaches and program administrators may make decisions regarding:

• Rosters;

• Positions;

• Playing time;

• Starting lineups;

• Training groups;

• Promotions;

• Demotions;

• Team assignments;

• Player development plans; and

• Participation in particular competitions.

These decisions are part of the sporting and coaching process and generally will not create a right to a refund.

7. PLAYING TIME

QuickplayFC does not guarantee equal playing time.

Playing time may depend on factors including:

• Attendance;

• Training performance;

• Fitness;

• Skill;

• Tactical requirements;

• Position;

• Team needs;

• Opponent;

• Competition;

• Player conduct;

• Coaching decisions; and

• Other legitimate sporting considerations.

Coaching decisions regarding playing time are not grounds for refunds unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

8. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Participation in QuickplayFC Services may require payment of registration fees, membership fees, rental fees, league fees, tournament fees, training fees, equipment fees, or other charges.

All applicable fees will be presented during the registration or purchasing process to the extent reasonably practicable.

You agree to pay all amounts when due.

QuickplayFC may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to the terms applicable to that provider.

9. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted to QuickplayFC.

You agree not to:

• Use another person's payment method without authorization;

• Initiate fraudulent transactions;

• Submit false payment information;

• Attempt unauthorized chargebacks; or

• Use payment systems for fraudulent purposes.

QuickplayFC reserves the right to suspend accounts or participation associated with suspected payment fraud.

10. REFUNDS

Unless otherwise expressly stated for a particular program, event, membership, rental, registration, or purchase, payments may be non-refundable once a program, reservation, league, team placement, or service has been confirmed.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• The specific program;

• Cancellation timing;

• Whether the service has begun;

• Administrative costs;

• Third-party fees;

• Facility expenses;

• Equipment expenses;

• League expenses;

• Uniform or merchandise orders; and

• Other costs incurred by QuickplayFC.

Where QuickplayFC provides a specific refund policy for a particular Service, that policy will control to the extent of any conflict.

11. CANCELLATIONS

QuickplayFC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or suspend a program, game, practice, rental, tournament, event, or other Service.

Reasons may include:

• Severe weather;

• Unsafe field conditions;

• Facility issues;

• Equipment failure;

• Scheduling conflicts;

• Government restrictions;

• Emergency situations;

• Insufficient registration;

• League decisions;

• Force majeure events; or

• Other circumstances outside QuickplayFC's reasonable control.

When reasonably practicable, QuickplayFC may provide notice and, at its discretion, offer rescheduling, credit, replacement services, or refunds.

12. WEATHER

Soccer is an outdoor sport and may be affected by weather.

QuickplayFC may suspend or cancel activities because of:

• Lightning;

• Severe storms;

• Excessive heat;

• Flooding;

• High winds;

• Field conditions;

• Extreme temperatures;

• Unsafe air quality;

• Other environmental conditions.

Safety decisions made by QuickplayFC personnel regarding weather and field conditions are final.

13. FIELD RENTALS

Field rentals are subject to availability and applicable facility rules.

Renters agree to:

• Use the rented area only for the approved purpose;

• Follow posted rules;

• Follow staff instructions;

• Leave the facility in reasonable condition;

• Prevent damage to the facility;

• Maintain appropriate conduct;

• Keep unauthorized persons from restricted areas;

• Not exceed the agreed rental period; and

• Pay for damage caused by the renter or the renter's participants, guests, or spectators to the extent permitted by law.

QuickplayFC may terminate a rental for unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or prohibited conduct.

14. FACILITY ACCESS

QuickplayFC reserves the right to control access to its property and facilities.

We may restrict or deny access when reasonably necessary for:

• Safety;

• Security;

• Capacity limits;

• Maintenance;

• Private events;

• Program operations;

• Weather;

• Emergency situations;

• Rule violations; or

• Other legitimate operational reasons.

A person may be required to leave the premises if they violate facility rules or create a safety or operational concern.

15. CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants, parents, guardians, coaches, spectators, guests, referees, and visitors are expected to behave respectfully.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fighting;

• Threats;

• Harassment;

• Bullying;

• Intimidation;

• Discriminatory conduct prohibited by law;

• Abusive language;

• Threatening officials;

• Threatening coaches or staff;

• Property damage;

• Theft;

• Vandalism;

• Intoxication;

• Illegal drug use;

• Weapons prohibited by applicable law or facility rules;

• Dangerous conduct;

• Sexual misconduct;

• Inappropriate conduct involving minors;

• Deliberate interference with games or programs; and

• Any conduct QuickplayFC reasonably determines creates a safety or operational concern.

Violations may result in warnings, removal, suspension, cancellation, or permanent termination of participation without refund where permitted by law.

16. ZERO-TOLERANCE SAFETY POLICY

QuickplayFC reserves the right to immediately remove or suspend any individual whose conduct creates an immediate safety concern.

In serious circumstances, QuickplayFC may contact law enforcement, emergency services, parents/guardians, league officials, or other appropriate authorities.

17. ASSUMPTION OF INHERENT RISKS

Soccer and athletic activities involve inherent and other risks.

These may include, without limitation:

• Collisions;

• Falls;

• Contact with other players;

• Ball impacts;

• Kicks;

• Tackles;

• Sprains;

• Strains;

• Fractures;

• Dislocations;

• Cuts;

• Bruises;

• Concussions;

• Heat-related illness;

• Dehydration;

• Cardiovascular events;

• Equipment-related injuries;

• Field-related injuries;

• Injuries caused by other participants;

• Injuries occurring during transportation to or from activities; and

• Other physical injury or property damage.

Participation is voluntary.

Participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that participation in athletic activities necessarily involves risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

18. PARTICIPANT HEALTH AND FITNESS

Participants are responsible for determining whether they are physically capable of participating in athletic activities.

QuickplayFC does not provide medical advice or guarantee that participation is medically appropriate for any individual.

Participants and parents/guardians should consult an appropriate medical professional when necessary.

QuickplayFC personnel are not responsible for diagnosing medical conditions.

19. EMERGENCY MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

By registering a participant, the parent or legal guardian authorizes QuickplayFC and its personnel, to the extent permitted by law, to seek reasonable emergency assistance for the participant when the parent/guardian cannot be reached promptly.

This may include contacting:

• Emergency medical services;

• Medical professionals;

• Hospitals;

• Emergency contacts; or

• Appropriate authorities.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for medical costs associated with treatment.

20. INJURIES AND INCIDENTS

Participants and parents/guardians should promptly report injuries or safety incidents to QuickplayFC staff.

QuickplayFC may document incidents for operational, insurance, safety, legal, or administrative purposes.

Reporting an incident does not constitute an admission of liability by QuickplayFC.

21. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Participants are responsible for their personal property.

QuickplayFC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Do not leave valuables unattended.

22. SPECTATORS AND GUESTS

Participants are responsible for their guests and spectators.

Guests must comply with QuickplayFC rules and staff instructions.

QuickplayFC may remove spectators or guests whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with facility policies.

23. CHILD SAFETY

QuickplayFC takes the safety of youth participants seriously.

Parents and guardians are responsible for understanding applicable:

• Drop-off procedures;

• Pick-up procedures;

• Check-in requirements;

• Facility access rules;

• Emergency procedures;

• Communication requirements; and

• Program-specific policies.

QuickplayFC may establish additional youth-protection procedures depending on the program.

24. NO UNSUPERVISED CHILDCARE

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific program, QuickplayFC Services are athletic and sporting services and are not childcare services.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for children before and after the applicable program, practice, game, event, or activity.

Participants must be picked up according to applicable program procedures.

25. COACHING AND STAFF AUTHORITY

QuickplayFC coaches and staff are authorized to make reasonable decisions concerning:

• Training;

• Safety;

• Player participation;

• Field usage;

• Conduct;

• Team organization;

• Game participation;

• Program operations; and

• Facility rules.

Participants and guardians agree to respect reasonable instructions from QuickplayFC personnel.

26. MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND VIDEO

QuickplayFC may photograph or record activities at its facilities, games, practices, tournaments, training sessions, and events.

Such media may be used for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Website content;

• Social media;

• Marketing;

• Advertising;

• Promotional materials;

• Team announcements;

• Program promotion; and

• Documentation of QuickplayFC activities.

Where separate consent is legally required, QuickplayFC will seek appropriate authorization.

Parents or guardians may contact QuickplayFC regarding media concerns.

27. WEBSITE CONTENT

QuickplayFC attempts to provide accurate information on its website.

However, website content may contain:

• Errors;

• Outdated information;

• Pricing changes;

• Scheduling changes;

• Availability changes;

• Typographical errors; or

• Other inaccuracies.

QuickplayFC reserves the right to correct information at any time.

Website information does not create a contractual guarantee unless expressly incorporated into a completed transaction or written agreement.

28. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All QuickplayFC branding, logos, names, graphics, photographs, videos, text, designs, website content, and other materials owned or licensed by QuickplayFC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit QuickplayFC materials without written permission.

29. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE

You may not use the website to:

• Violate any law;

• Commit fraud;

• Attempt unauthorized access;

• Introduce malicious software;

• Scrape information for unauthorized commercial purposes;

• Interfere with website operations;

• Impersonate another person;

• Submit false information;

• Attempt to circumvent security measures;

• Abuse registration systems;

• Conduct unauthorized automated activity; or

• Engage in conduct that could damage QuickplayFC or its users.

QuickplayFC may restrict access to individuals who violate these requirements.
