Prepare yourselves by wearing the proper color chosen by your team, and more importantly shin guards and footwear. QuickplayFC is open to a variety of footwear, to include tennis shoes, standard soccer cleats, turf soccer cleats, and indoor soccer cleats.

Referees are on assignment for the games, and we politely request payment same day from both teams assigned for referee fees. $15 per team for the officiating each week.

Rules for 7 V 7 are,

• No offsides, this is a 7 V 7 pitch, fast pace and promotes quick counter-attacks.

• Fouls, we discourage intentional rough play, the standard yellow and red cards are the same as 11 V 11. For QuickplayFC, two yellows equal a red card. For immediate red cards that is clearly appalling behavior, there will be a fee assessed to the player of $50 before returning to the next game.

• Throw ins, direct and indirect free kicks, penalties, goal kicks, and corners are all standard and there is no difference than what we are all used to.

• 30 min halves, 5 min halftime intermission. We allocate 10 min for warm-ups between games, so use the time wisely before terrorizing your opponents with your play.

• Shin guards are required, this is for your safety. We want to prevent any injuries we can.

• No jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, hats, watches, etc, as to be determined by the referee, should be worn, this is to prevent them from breaking, being tugged on, or causing issues in the game.
